Ma’Nue’s Culinary Collective was created for those who want more than recipes—they want understanding, confidence, and connection. Founded by Chef Nue in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Collective is rooted in heritage and guided by professional culinary excellence.

 

Chef Nue’s journey began in her grandmother’s kitchen, where she learned the timeless fundamentals of cooking through Creole Soul-food traditions—rich spices, fragrant herbs, and soulful techniques passed down with wisdom and intention. Those early lessons laid the foundation for a career that would later be refined through formal culinary education and over a decade of professional kitchen experience.

 

After graduating from culinary arts school in 2013, Chef Nue built a career spanning fine dining, catering, kitchen management, and private chef services. In 2020, she founded Ma’Nue’s LLC to bring her passion beyond the plate—creating a space where others could learn, grow, and cook with purpose.

 

The word Collective reflects what we stand for: a shared table. A community of learners, food lovers, and creatives brought together through culture and craft. Every course, service, and product is designed to honor tradition while equipping modern cooks with professional skills.
